Our selection

OUR SELECTION

Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958

The entire region is brought together here, at the same counter — it is from this overview that the selection is born.

What the House retains, it serves at its table and makes it taste its own. caveau

The good agreement ⌄

Around the table

Around the glass

Its spicy rose note glides into the glass without ever overpowering it. The first sip is on the black fruit; the dried rose and the licorice follow. Thirteen degrees: this is a Beaujolais served chilled.

Agreements

Agreements

Roast poultry — the roundness of the wine matches the poultry

Grilled red meat — the fruit of wine meets meat

Cured cheeses — the fine tannins harmonize with the paste
