Delivery and Pickup
For delivery of wine as well as for pickup at the cellar, each order is sent packaged by hand. Here’s how it arrives to you, with what timeframe and at what price.

Removal from the vault
Free

Open daily from 10am to 7pm. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready; simply present your order number.
Delivery to your home
France métropolitaine
Colissimo for up to twelve bottles, with specialized carriers beyond that.
For delivery outside metropolitan France, please write to us at contact@maison-des-vins.com We study each request.
THE DELAYS
Your order is prepared in the cellar under two working days. To this is added the time of transport:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the first working day following.
PORT FEES
The price depends on the number of’bottle equivalents of your order, rounded up to the next higher level. It is displayed before any payment is made, as soon as you enter your address.

Local grocery store products and small bottles: only included in the package, they follow the «No bottle included» policy below, then the price of a bottle over one kilo. Wrapped in a cardboard box, they travel without additional charge.
The Jeroboams and our box of waffles (too fragile to travel) are only delivered to the cellar, at no cost. To have a Jeroboam delivered, call us at 03 85 22 91 11 or write to us at contact@maison-des-vins.com. The Mathusalem, on the other hand, reserves its deliveries exclusively for the cellar, by phone or email.

OUR CARDBOARDS HAVE ALREADY TRAVELLED
Your bottles go into the crates that brought us the wines from the domaines. They are sturdy, calibrated for transport, and it works just fine to have them again.
You will therefore receive a plain package, sometimes marked with the name of a neighboring domain. If your order is a gift and you wish a neat presentation, please write to us before ordering. contact@maison-des-vins.com We will take care of it.
AT THE RECEPTION
Check the condition of the package before the delivery person arrives. In the event of damage or missing items, please specify the specific issues on the delivery note and notify us within three days: we will take over the delivery with the carrier.
Then let your bottles rest for a few days, standing and quiet, before opening them. The journey tires them out a little.
The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. By ordering, you certify that you are of legal age; the carrier may require an identity document upon delivery of the package.
