The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its spicy rose note slips discreetly, without ever overpowering. When served fresh, it retains the tartness of the plum; the pepper and licorice follow suit. A red wine that can be served straight from the fridge without any fear.
Agreements
Roast poultry — the roundness of the wine matches the poultry
Grilled red meat — the fruit of wine meets meat
Cured cheeses — the fine tannins harmonize with the paste
Occasions
