Vineyard
The vines, planted between 1957 and 1974, grow on granite alluvial soil from ancient times. This age and this soil give this woody body that we find in the mouth.
From the vine to the glass
Maceration in an open vat, in Burgundian rather than Beaujolais style, and without racking: more finesse than the power of the wine
