The Wine Enchanters
The council of caveau
A Gamay from the best slopes of Charnay, on the border between Burgundy and Beaujolais
For duck ravioli or braised charolais beef. This Mâcon has the fruit and spice for a red with character without being heavy. The red is perfect when you want a Gamay that stands out from the ordinary.
This wine also goes well with our dishes — you can find it in the restaurant
In case of exhaustion of a vintage, the next one will be offered, unless otherwise indicated in the order.

The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
More character than one might expect, without ever becoming overwhelming. The attack is clear, on the crunchy red fruit; the peony follows. Fifteen degrees at most: its freshness is its greatest asset.
Agreements
Duck roulades — the spice of wine meets the duck
Braised Charolais beef — the tannins hold the sauce

Vineyard
The plots come from the best slopes in the Charnay sector. This selection gives us this fruit and this spice that are recognizable on the palate.
From the vine to the glass
Manual harvesting, semi-carbonic maceration, the traditional method of neighboring Beaujolais. This choice preserves all the fruit’s flavor.
