The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its vivacity makes you want to drink another glass of it, almost involuntarily. The attack is frank and zesty, the finish is crisp without being overdone. Ten degrees: this is a wine that the cold serves, unlike many others.
Agreements
Charcuterie — the vivacity of the wine cuts the fat
Seafood — the freshness of the wine enhances their flavor
Fresh goat’s cheese — the acidity of the wine matches that of the cheese
Occasions
The wine we choose when we are still hesitating
A simple souvenir bottle to take home from a visit to Mâcon
The bottle that completes a gourmet basket without blowing the budget

Bissey-sous-Cruchaud Côte Chalonnaise • Burgundy
Côte ChalonnaiseFounded in 1928 by Dr. Ozanon, the Cave de Bissey is the oldest cooperative in the Côte Chalonnaise, bringing together about thirty winegrowers.
Vineyard
Aligoté grows on the slopes of Bissey, at an altitude between 250 and 370 m, on sandy-granite soils. This freshness gives the wine its lemony vivacity
From the vine to the glass
Winemaking in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the fruit’s freshness. No wood aging: the wine retains its lively, citrusy character
