OUR SELECTION
Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958
The entire region is brought together here, at the same counter — it is from this overview that the selection is born.
What the House retains, it serves at its table and makes it taste its own. caveau
The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its precision is noticeable from the first sip, without ever overpowering it. The hazelnut and almond notes are evident behind the bubble; the mineral character holds up in the finish. Nine degrees: too cold; this finesse fades away.
Agreements
Foie gras — the softness responds to the freshness of the bubbles
Oysters — the mineral content of the wine enhances the shellfish
Cottage cheese — the hazelnut side prolongs the cheese
Occasions
A fine sparkling wine to open the end-of-year holidays
The Sunday evening bubble, without much reason to indulge in pleasure
The sparkling wine that is offered without risk to anyone who discovers Burgundy
