OUR SELECTION
Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958

The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its spicy charm gradually reveals itself, without ever overpowering the flavor. The plum and floral notes open the glass; the wood notes remain in the background. A maximum of fifteen degrees: beyond that, the fruit takes over.
Agreements
Chicken in sauce — the roundness of the wine matches the sauce
Light meat — the spices of wine respond to the meat
Cured cheeses — the fine tannins match the paste
