Bouzeron «Les Corcelles» 2021
Domaine de l'Ecette
The council of caveau
An Aligoté from Bouzeron, in the Côte Chalonnaise, the only appellation bearing his name
For a seafood platter, or a goat that has character. This Bouzeron has the minerality and freshness to stand out without being too showy. The white wine comes out to show that the Aligoté can also be great.
In case of exhaustion of a vintage, the next one will be offered, unless otherwise indicated in the order.
