Still tannic, it needs a little air to fully express itself. At the opening the structure takes over from the fruit; a half-hour in the carafe puts it back in its place. Sixteen degrees, in a fairly large glass.

BeaujolaisGuy Voluet founded the domaine in 1982. A winemaker from father to son over four generations, he currently cultivates 9 hectares of vines Juliénas.

Grapes over 80 years old, planted right next to the cellar. This exceptional age gives this concentration and structure in the mouth
