OUR SELECTION

The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
More mouthfeel than a classic white wine, to last the entire length of the meal. The attack is chiselled, then the vinosity gives the glass a real presence. Nine degrees, in a wine glass rather than a flute.
Agreements
Poached foie gras — the richness of the wine matches the richness of the dish
Saint-Pierre rosti — the tension of Pinot Noir elevates the noble fish
Brillat-Savarin — the fruit prolongs the sweetness of the cheese
Occasions
The sparkling wine to use when you want to replace a light red wine without losing its freshness
A curiosity to be shared with those who believe they have already tried everything
The bubble that holds a gastronomic meal from beginning to end, without weakening
The estate and its wine ⌄

Loamy-calcareous soils, on vineyards located on plateaus and hillsides exposed to the southeast. Average age of the vines is 30 to 35 years, which gives this wine’s character in the mouth.
From the vine to the glass
Traditional method, on an unusual blend of 80 % Pinot Noir and 20 % Gamay grapes, giving rise to this intense fruitiness and tension in the finish
