OUR SELECTION
Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958
The entire region is brought together here, at the same counter — it is from this overview that the selection is born.
What the House retains, it serves at its table and makes it taste its own. caveau
The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Even at a young age, it gains in smoothness as it opens in the glass. The raspberry and violet are present from the very first sip; the tannins meld with the food as the wine is served. A wine that is served early and watched as it changes.
Agreements
Roast poultry — the structure of the wine holds the sauce
Orange duck — the fruit responds to the generosity of the dish
Corton wine — the supple tannins go well together
Occasions
The format to use when hosting a large group of people, when you receive guests in large numbers
A wine to be kept aside for an occasion that matters
The first cru that you open when the meal deserves a little more attention

Russilly Côte Chalonnaise • Burgundy
Côte ChalonnaiseThe Chofflet family has been cultivating these vineyards since 1710. Jonathan Brunot took over the estate in 2019.
Vineyard
A natural amphitheater at an altitude of 370 meters, on limestone soil. The unique climate of this circus gives it a freshness and elegance in the mouth.
From the vine to the glass
Short maceration in concrete vats, then long aging in French oak barrels; never more than 25% new barrels. This choice preserves the fruit's finesse.
