OUR SELECTION
Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958
The entire region is brought together here, at the same counter — it is from this overview that the selection is born.
What the House retains, it serves at its table and makes it taste its own. caveau
The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its crispy, kirschy texture surprises for a wine that one wouldn’t expect to be so lively. Upon opening, the kirsch dominates; the intensity becomes apparent a few minutes later. Sixteen degrees, no more: the heat would rob it of that crispiness.
Agreements
Little salty lentil soup — the fruit of the vine meets the stewed dish
Risotto au chorizo — the flavors of the dish harmonize with the fruit of the vine
Cured cheeses — the tannins in the wine match the paste
Occasions
The Rully red one to go out for a daily meal
An easy-to-share bottle, on a weekday evening with friends
The red wine to introduce to those who love Pinot Noir while still enjoying its fruitiness

Côte ChalonnaiseThe Domaine de l’Ecette has been run by the Daux family since its establishment in the village, today by Vincent.
Vineyard
Climate of Brange, clay-limestone soils exposed to the rising sun, planted in 1999. This terroir gives it an ample, crisp and balanced mouthfeel
From the vine to the glass
Grape sorting and selection at harvest, pre-fermentation in cold conditions, aging in new barrels and oak barrels. This choice gives this fruit and crunch on the palate.
