The council of caveau
A rosé Crémant made from three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay
For sushi or salmon tartare, or even spicy lamb. This rosé has the freshness and fruit to pair with dishes that are not often associated with sparkling wine. The sparkling wine to be enjoyed when you want to break away from the classic pairing of an aperitif.

OUR SELECTION
Chosen by the Maison Mâconnaise des Vins, which has been using its terroir Burgundian expertise to help its selection since 1958

The good agreement ⌄
Around the glass
Its fruity freshness gives it a place well beyond just as aperitif. At eight degrees the bubble remains fine and the fruit is pure; too cold, the cherry fades away. A tulip glass rather than a flute.
Agreements
Sushi — the freshness of the wine matches the raw texture
Agneau garam-massala — the fruit softens the spices
Red fruit sorbet — the acidity prolongs the dessert
Occasions
The sparkling wine to serve with a meal that stands out from the ordinary
An easy-to-offer rose bubble that pleases without taking any risks
The rosé that replaces a classic white wine, for more zest at the table
