The full contact details can be found in the <a href=\"\/en\/legal-mentions\/\">Imprint<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"article-2-interdiction-de-vente-aux-mineurs\">Article 2 \u2013 Prohibition of the sale to minors<\/h2>\n<p>The sale of alcohol to minors under eighteen years of age is prohibited (article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code). By validating their order, the customer certifies that they are over eighteen years of age. A proof of age may be requested during delivery or collection; otherwise, the order will be cancelled and refunded, less the shipping costs incurred.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mmv-legal__loi\">Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health. Consume with moderation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"article-3-produits\">Article 3 \u2013 Products<\/h2>\n<p>The products offered are those listed on the site on the day of consultation, subject to available stock. Since wines are living products derived from successive harvests, the indicated vintages are subject to change during the season. The photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"article-4-prix\">Article 4 \u2013 Price<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The applicable value-added tax rate is the one in effect on the day of the order.
