Here\u2019s how to proceed.<\/p>\n<p>You have fourteen days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason. The return costs remain your responsibility; the price of the products and the initial delivery costs are reimbursed to you.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"droit-de-retractation\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have the right to: <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> from the receipt of your order, you can withdraw without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.<\/p>\n<p>When the order is delivered in several shipments, the deadline begins to run from the receipt of the last product.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"comment-exercer-ce-droit\">How to exercise this right<\/h2>\n<p>Inform us of your decision before the deadline by a statement without ambiguity at the address contact@maison-des-vins.com or by postal mail at 484 Avenue Mar\u00e9chal de Lattre de Tassigny, 71000 M\u00e2con. You must include your name, address, the order number, its date, and a list of the products concerned.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"renvoi-des-produits\">Return of products<\/h2>\n<p>The products must be returned no later than <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> after notification of your withdrawal, in their original condition, complete and in packaging that allows for safe transport. The return costs are at your expense.<\/p>\n<p>We strongly recommend that you keep a proof of shipment and insure the package: the bottles are fragile and you remain responsible for their condition until they are received by us.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"remboursement\">Refund<\/h2>\n<p>The reimbursement will be made no later than <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> after the products have been recovered or proof of their shipment is provided, using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p>It concerns the price of the products and the standard delivery costs originally invoiced. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard offer, the additional cost remains your responsibility. The customer may be held liable in the event of any deterioration in the products resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"produit-endommage-manquant-ou-non-conforme\">Damaged, missing or non-compliant product<\/h2>\n<p>This is not a retraction but a defect of conformity, and no fee can be charged to you.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>At the reception, check the package with the carrier. In case of damage or if the package is obviously damaged, please bring <strong>Precise written reservations<\/strong> on the delivery note, or refuse the package.<\/li>\n<li>Please report the problem to us at contact@maison-des-vins.com, if possible within three days, attaching photographs of the package and the bottles.<\/li>\n<li>We will replace the affected bottles or refund them, at your discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) apply in all cases.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cas-particulier-des-vins\">Special case of wines<\/h2>\n<p>Wine is a living product, sensitive to heat, light and temperature variations. Alterations resulting from unsuitable storage conditions after delivery cannot give rise to a refund.
